Refund / Exchange Policy for Physical Stores

  1. In the case of a product quality issue, please return the product to the store where it was purchased, along with the original receipt and happy stamp (if applicable) within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Selected products excluded*.
  2. Supplies are limited and available while stocks last. Some products may only be available at selected stores.
  3. Payments made via with cash or Octopus card will be refunded in cash. For payments made via credit card, please present the original credit card and receipt to our store staff so they can process your refund. Refund service is eligible to the original credit card, and will take 4-6 weeks to be refunded to that original account. For other payment methods, refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
  4. Prices are subject to the store system.
  5. In the case of any dispute, Wellcome shall reserve the right of final decision.

* Products that cannot be exchanged or refunded include:

  • Shopping vouchers
  • Octopus reloads / top-ups
  • Plastic shopping bag charges
  • Baby formula milk powder
  • Alcoholic beverages and drinks
  • Hampers / pre-ordered products
  • Mooncake vouchers
  • Mobile pre-paid SIM cards and prepaid cards
  • Any redemption merchandise for any happy stamp collection / Yuu programs or designated promotions
